At the UN General Assembly today, according to the International Herald Tribune, French President, Nicolas Sarkozy said: "There will be no peace in the world if the international community falters in the face of nuclear arms proliferation." He was also quoted as saying, "Weakness and renunciation do not lead to peace. They lead to war."
Helloooooooo . . . this is not new information . . . this, it seems to me, is just plain common sense . . .
The United States has been criticized in the past for such views . . .
. . . . but maybe if France says it, they'll listen . . .
